More videos of our crazy boys

I'm not trying to blast the blog with video clips, but somehow or other we're recording more these days.

Bedtime story - it's not that funny.

I think we've all been on one side of this or the other.

Sarah speech (huzzah huzzah!)

Sarah will be speaking in our ward on Father's day, 20 June. Sacrament meeting starts at 9:00 AM and the address of the church is 2900 W 800 N. in West Point. You are invited for something at our home afterwards.

Sarah has been called to the Massachusetts Boston mission and will leave July 7.

Jane Eyre Details

Hey everyone! I just thought I would give you some details as to when I'm going to be doing Jane Eyre. A lot of time, preparation, and mom wanting to attack my hair with scissors has been going into this production, so it should be pretty good. Anyway, the dates that I will be performing as Rochester are:

Thursday, June 17th @ 7:30
Saturday, June 19th @ 12:30
Monday, June 21st @ 7:30
Wednesday, June 23rd @ 7:30
Friday, June 25th @ 7:30
Saturday, June 26th @ 4:00

Tickets are going to be 10-12 dollars, and you can order them through arttix.com. however they charge an extra fee for them if you do that. So if you want to give me a call, I can go to the box office (This will be at Rose Wagner in downtown, by the way. Real close by to my apartment) and I can pick them up for you, and then you can pay me back at your earliest convenience. That would be the cheapest option.

Hope to see lots-a-ya's there!

2010 Ogden Marathon

Here are the details about this weekend's marathon. There is a website that gives you all the details, but I'll give you the important ones. There is no pressure to come, we were just asked to put detail on the blog.

The marathon finishes in Ogden around 25th Street and Washington Boulevard (at least it had better, since I don't think I can go much further than that!) and we think we will be done between 11 and 11:30 in the morning. We are calling Mom about 90 minutes before then to give an update on our progress. Parking sounds like it may be kind of crazy because of road closures, so if you want to come you may want to plan for that.

The kids will run at 12:30 and should finish at the same spot, so if you want to stick around and cheer them on you are invited to. Their race should not take too long, but Josh will be running it so we just can't tell for sure. I think it should all be over by 1.

If you can make it, don't worry about lunch. We are planning on treating the fam fans to Subway or somewhere casual (i.e. no dress codes since this won't be a Glamorshots moment).

Does anyone happen to have a cell phone with a camera in it that we could borrow for the race? We are trying to consolidate the stuff we need to carry with us. I'll keep it in a Ziploc bag and promise I'll take good care of it.

All right! The day has come. I'm going to the Temple. All who are able to come are invited, it is going to be at the Jordan River Temple on the 29th of May at 8:20 AM. Please let me know if you are coming so I can tell the temple people who are all so nice. I hope to see you all! Loves!

Adam's Breakfast Rolls, (GOOD)

So I (Adam) have been taking a cooking class this semester. It's great! I've sewn my own boxers and learned how to not sew my finger! The girl to guy ratio is really great, only about 2 boys for 20 girls. How can a guy go wrong? But my favorite part is the cooking part. We made these good rolls. I made them for breakfast. Now everyone wants me to make them again.

Mary said I should put the recipe on the blog, so here it is Mary. The best part is that it's really easy.

Breakfast Pull A Parts

2 T margarine
1/3 c brown sugar
1 T orange juice concentrate
1 t lemon juice
1/4 t cinnamon
1 pkg refrigerator rolls or 12 Rhodes (let rise a day before)

Instructions

Set oven to 400 degrees. Put margarine in round or bunt pan and place in oven and melt.

Put brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and cinnamon in melted margarine and stir together. Spread over the bottom of the pan evenly. (This makes the topping for the rolls.)

Place the rolls that have been cut into thirds on the topping in the pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Let cool for 1 minute and then invert the rolls onto a serving dish.
