Grandpa Arrives in West Point

Thanks to excellent care by Bill and Deanna, Dad is feeling the best he has since his accident, though he says his eyesight has worsened to where it is difficult to read with his magnifier.  He made it through three hours of church and one hour of choir practice today.

He is now here at Oma and Opa's  house.  He loves visits from his great grandkids and has already had many visits.  Thanks to all who have come.

We are still learning what we need to do to make his stay comfortable and will be getting help from Medicare and another aid organization starting on Monday.  We have had many offers of help from our nearby kids and grandkids, which we really appreciate.

We are delighted to have Dad here and hope you'll all come when you can.
