Here is a somewhat live report from the West Point Fourth of July celebration. Taffy, Tootsie Rolls and rolling tractors! We had a lot of fun!
By the way, Josh did have special permission from the owner of the tractor to take it for a test drive. Josh's puppy dog eyes must have worked.

I especially like the picture of the sign in front of the tractor saying 'No Climbing', then the next one of Josh climbing on the tractor!
