Dear Family,
So outcome of my last transfers?.....(Drumroll)...*ching* I'm staying in Madison for the last transfer of my mission! Sister Green and I are dying together, and Sister Allen is coming to join us! I'm dying in a trio with my latest companion and my last companion. weird! It will be really interesting to see what is going to happen! I'm excited that I get to stay for my investigators, Dorothy and Jacob, who are going to get baptized soon. :) Jacob is 20 and we already have plans to send him on a mission. We told him about them, and he got pretty excited too. Heavenly Father is awesome!
I didn't get the opportunity to see David and Faye last week. David caught pneumonia right after his surgery and was in the hospital for a week. After that, he needed some rest time. However, because we are going up to transfers tomorrow to pick up Sister Allen, we will be driving right by Holden, where they live, and I asked if I could stop in for a few minutes just to say hi. So I will be seeing them tomorrow for just a little bit. It should be great. He had mentioned that he would like to hear from family out in Utah.
Not much is going on here, mostly we are trying to find investigators. We have been very blessed here though. The members are very loving and our dinner calendar is booked. We will be well taken care of for Christmas.
Speaking of which, I don't know when I'm going to be able to call. I know this is a problem for you all, but I promise I will have it figured out by Monday. We have to move around appointments and such. And now we are going to need more time because of Sister Allen. Soooooo, just trying to figure it out.
Anyway, I love you all and miss you a ton! Thanks for your prayers! They are helping. A lot.
A lot A lot.
Loves,
Sister Dixon
