I have been offered, and have accepted, a new job with the State of Utah. I will be the Statewide Interoperability Coordinator for the Department of Technology Services.
I'm not exactly sure what I'll be doing (and so far my best qualification is that I'm too dumb to overcomplicate descriptions of radio infrastructure) but we're excited about the new job, and we're excited to move a little further south.

Congratz Scott!!
How fabulous! HOORAY!!
Fantastic Scott. Dad says that you will probably need to get a plaid shirt so that you can communicate with the Hams. Emily once went to a Ham radio meeting with about 60 to 70 Hams, she said it was all plaid shirts.
How far south are we talking here? Salt Lake area?
Congrats! Will you move to slc?
Yes Scott and Mary!! It will be good to have you guys closer. I'll miss Brigham though.
Congratulations!
I have no idea what your job is!
The job will be at the state office building which is part of the capitol complex. I'll be to the building just north of the capitol
