Peach Stuff

Crust

2 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 cube margarine melted
6 Tbls powdered sugar
Mix together. Save out 1/2 cup. Spread the rest in a 9 by 12 pan.

Filling

2 c. water
2 Tbls corn starch
1 c. sugar
mix together and cook until thick.
Turn off stove and stir in 6 oz. peach jello. Let it cool.
Add 4 c. sliced peaches

Top

8 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbls milk
1 c. powdered sugar
mix
stir in 2 c. cool whip

Sprinkle remaining graham cracker mixture on top

I can't wait to try it! I only have lemon Jello. Do you think that will work?

I looked in the jello section today and was pleased to see lots of different flavors of jello that I think would be fun to experiment with some flavors.
