Bryce Canyon

Peter, Owen, and I got back from Bryce Canyon today. We had a lot of fun. Owen loves dirt and rocks. He played with his Pierce cousins and learned a few nature words like rock, flower, and license plate.

We didn't take many pictures due to the difficulty of keeping Owen off of roads and away from cliffs while handling a camera, but here are a couple of good ones.

Some other good nature words are Bug spray, Snipe, Boy Scout Water, and poison ivy.

Great Pictures! And i have to admit that those are important words to know. Especially license plate. You'll notice that the closer he gets to 16, the more important those words will become. Go Owen! Glad that you all had a nice time.

He can say license plate? Gee, what an advanced child!!

In Owen Speak, license plate translates to something like "icense." He said it multiple times in front of multiple witnesses and in front of multiple cars. Flowers was "wers" and rock was perhaps a stretch at a short o sound.
